At DH Watches, we’re committed to delivering quality in every cup. If something doesn’t go right, we’re here to fix it. Below are the simple guidelines for exchanges, refunds, and returns.
1. Exchange Policy
We happily offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged or leaking
- You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original, sealed packaging
- You’ll need to share photos as proof (via WhatsApp or email)
- Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed only in the following situations:
- The item is out of stock after you placed your order
- The parcel was not delivered due to our courier’s errorYou received a damaged product and don’t want an exchange
- You received a damaged product and don’t want an exchange
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
- Online payments: refunded to the original account
- COD (Cash on Delivery): refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Note :
- We don’t offer refunds on used or opened products
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
3.Return Policy
We accept returns only if:
- The product is wrong, defective, or damaged
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The tea has been opened or used
- You changed your mind after opening the pack
- You report the issue after 24 hours
Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless we made a mistake.
